Salary
Associate Attorney – Construction Litigation
A highly regarded firm is seeking a driven Associate Attorney with 4–8 years of construction defect litigation experience. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling cases independently while also thriving in a collaborative litigation environment.
Compensation
- Base salary: $150,000 – $200,000, commensurate with experience
- Discretionary bonus program available
Qualifications & Experience
- 4–8 years of hands-on experience in construction defect litigation (required)
- Strong background in managing case files from inception through resolution
- Prior experience with insurance law matters (preferred)
- Familiarity with case management systems (a plus)
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school (required)
- Active license to practice law in the State of Florida (required)
