Products Liability Associate Attorney

The Edwardsville, IL office of Lewis Brisbois, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm, located in Madison County is actively seeking an attorney to join its Products Liability Practice.

The ideal candidate will be admitted to the Illinois bar and have (2) to (15) years of experience in all phases of products liability litigation including case management, motion practice, and discovery, as well as handling hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials. Admission to the Illinois Bar is preferred, but we will also consider candidates willing to become admitted to the Illinois Bar. Admission to the Missouri Bar is a plus. Partnership opportunities will be considered for those with extensive relevant experience.

Lewis Brisbois has decades of experience defending corporations sued in products liability matters including those sued for asbestos, talc, diacetyl and benzene and our attorneys represent a broad spectrum of clients, including manufacturers, suppliers, contractors, and property owners. The firm is frequently selected to represent clients as National Counsel in asbestos litigation, and we have handled thousands of cases throughout the country.

While candidates will work primarily in products liability, the office offers a wide variety of practice groups with opportunities to diversify and develop their practice. The Edwardsville office also provides a hybrid working model.
