What You’ll Do:
Manage and lead employment litigation cases from intake through resolution
Draft and argue motions, negotiate with opposing counsel, and appear in court
Provide strategic counseling on a wide range of employment matters
Work directly with clients and manage complex dockets and deadlines
(Bonus) Handle matters involving higher education or Title IX
Who You Are:
An attorney with 5+ years of employment litigation and counseling experience
Comfortable leading cases, advising clients, and appearing in court
Strong analytical, research, and writing skills
Collaborative and communicative
Massachusetts Bar membership preferred, or willing to obtain it within one year
