Executive Director

Calibrate is proud to partner with a prestigious law firm located in the heart of downtown Salt Lake City, Utah with a 75-year legacy of excellence and a commitment to its community, to recruit a dynamic Executive Director. This newly created, high-impact role offers a unique opportunity to work alongside its President and Management Committee, driving the firm’s business strategy and operational success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Leadership – Drive efficiency and strategic decision-making by optimizing processes, managing resources, integrating necessary technology, managing facilities, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
• Financial Management – Oversee budgeting and ensure budget compliance, contract negotiations, financial planning, and resource allocation to ensure the firm’s financial health and profitability.
• People Management– Leads recruitment, talent development, and employee relations to ensure a skilled, motivated workforce aligned with the firm’s goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of leadership experience in managing operations, teams, and strategic initiatives within a law firm or similar professional services environment.
• 8+ years of experience in financial management.
• Strong leadership, excellent judgment, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• A self-starter with the ability to work and make decisions independently within the scope of their responsibilities.
• The position requires full-time presence, on-site, at the firm’s offices located in Salt Lake City, Utah.
