Hamilton Miller & Birthisel LLP, a premier Florida insurance defense trial law firm, seeks attorneys with 5-7 years' experience to join our statewide defense practice in General Liability, Premises Liability, and Personal Injury. Trial experience preferred; Florida Bar admission (in good standing) required.

Responsibilities:

• Manage cases from inception through trial.
• Conduct legal research and analysis.
• Provide oral advocacy in hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and related documents.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in a defense firm (trial experience preferred).
• Strong legal writing, research, and advocacy skills.
• Federal court experience a plus.
