Plaintiff Trial Attorney

Our client is a top Texas law firm that is seeking seasoned plaintiff trial attorneys to take on high-value personal injury cases. Must have significant first-chair trial and deposition experience (corporate defendants, experts, etc.

Location: Must reside in Corpus Christi, San Antonio, Austin, Dallas, or Houston

Must be a highly experienced trial lawyer with a strong background in personal injury law. As well as comfortable taking the lead ("first chair") in trials and depositions.

Candidate will be handling big personal injury cases, often worth over $1 million. You’ll take the lead in trials and depositions — meaning you're the main lawyer in court and during pre-trial questioning of witnesses and experts. Candidate must have experience dealing with corporate defendants and expert witnesses.
