Corporate Attorney (Associate / Counsel)

Location: Beverly Hills, CA (flexible/hybrid)
Compensation: $150,000 – $300,000+ (DOE)

A well-established full-service firm is seeking a Corporate Attorney to support its transactional practice. This role offers exposure to a broad range of clients and industries, with the opportunity to take on meaningful responsibility and grow within a collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and manage M&A transactions and general corporate matters

• Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, commercial contracts, and ancillary documents

• Conduct due diligence and assist with deal execution

• Advise clients on corporate governance and operational matters

• Work closely with partners and clients across multiple industries

Qualifications

• J.D. and active California Bar admission

• 3+ years of corporate/transactional experience

• Experience with M&A, commercial agreements, and corporate governance

• Strong drafting, negotiation, and organizational skills

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
