An Am Law 100 law firm is seeking a Trust & Estates litigation associate with 2-6 years of experience. The firm is looking for candidates who have a comprehensive range of litigation experience, particularly in trust, estate, conservatorship, elder abuse, and fiduciary litigation. Candidates with a background in general civil litigation who are new to trust and estate litigation are also encouraged to apply.
Job DescriptionThe role involves managing various aspects of litigation related to trusts, estates, conservatorships, and similar matters. Responsibilities include:
- Handling complex cases from inception through resolution.
- Providing strategic advice to clients on fiduciary and estate matters.
- Engaging in motion practice and discovery.
- Experience: Must have prior law firm experience. Experience in trust and estate litigation is preferred but not required.
- Education: Candidates should possess excellent academic credentials.
- Skills: Strong communication and client service skills are essential, along with the ability to multitask and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines and client needs.
- Licensing: Must be admitted to the California Bar.
- Salary Range: $205,000-$365,000, adjusted based on experience, location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law.
