Minimum 2 years of patent prosecution experience, including: Cellular and wireless technologies (e.g., 5G, Wi-Fi) Artificial intelligence / machine learning systems Semiconductor memory and processor architectures Imaging systems and RF circuit design USPTO registration required or eligible. Exceptional analytical and communication skills. Preferred: Experience with portfolio development, client strategy, and technical fields such as robotics, autonomous systems, NLP, and computer vision. Anticipated Compensation and Benefits: Competitive base salary: $140,000 – $250,000, depending on experience and location. Discretionary bonuses tied to productivity and contribution.
