Client Services & Hospitality Representative 

This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who enjoys client interaction and keeping a law office running smoothly.

• Full-time, on-site (Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM)
• Work with a top regional law firm in a client-facing, supportive environment
• Opportunity to support attorneys and office operations while building administrative experience

 

What You’ll Do:
• Manage front desk duties: answer phones, greet clients/visitors, coordinate conference rooms
• Assist with office events, catering, and kitchen/pantry supplies
• Handle copy, scanning, and incoming/outgoing mail (USPS/FedEx)
• Support attorneys with trial binder prep and clerical projects
• Monitor office supplies and coordinate building maintenance

What You’ll Bring:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook
• Strong organization, multitasking, and time management skills
• Previous law firm experience preferred
