The Office of Operations, Projects, and Planning (OPP) within the Division of Enforcement is hiring an SK-0905-15 Supervisory Attorney-Adviser in Washington, DC. This announcement is open to current SEC employees in the Division of Enforcement only.
Duties If selected, you will serve as the Branch Chief in the Office of Managing Executive (Division of Enforcement) under the direction of the Assistant Director of Operations, Projects and Planning (OPP). In this position the Branch Chief manages the budget allocation, IT portfolio management, records management, risk management, FOIA requests, and various other functions within the division. Primary duties include: Serving as Branch Chief overseeing the Enforcement Division's records management and FOIA initiatives, information management, budgeting, and IT portfolio management. Supervising and coordinating work assignments, providing authoritative guidance and leadership, and working closely with the OPP Assistant Director; staff from the Office of Chief Counsel (OCC); and other SEC members in and outside of the Enforcement Division to maintain a robust FOIA, records, and information management program. Participating in intra-agency working groups including key stakeholders in the various regional offices and representing the Enforcement Division in records and information management matters. Supporting the Enforcement Division's budget formulation, request, and administration process in coordination with regional offices, and partnering organizations, such as Exams, OFM, OHR, OCOO and OIT Drafting procedure documents; preparing reports and presentations for review by managers, Senior Officers, and other professional staff in support of the major program. Salary- $160,701 - $277,382/year
