Job Description:
The Privacy Coordinator supports a tech-savvy partner in growing his business and servicing his clients. This role offers experience in privacy and cybersecurity for global companies, especially in technology, health, and life sciences. The Privacy Coordinator works under direct supervision and relies on instruction and pre-existing guidelines to perform the essential functions of the job.This role is ideal if you are interested in gaining hands-on experience in the legal field before potentially transitioning into law school.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Assist with management of attorney templates/fixed fee documents
- Track cross-selling opportunities with other MWE partners
- Maintain client-by-client list of business development, pitching, and new work goals
- Manage attorney Salesforce activities
- Coordinate client outreach, communications, and reminders including managing case dinger notifications for top clients
- Draft, edit, and proofread written and oral communications
- Input, review, edit, and update attorney time entries
- Proactively manage attorney Outlook inbox and calendar including reminders for responses and deadlines
- Create, process, and proactively manage monthly client billings including expense reports and invoices and liaising with billing departments to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Manage electronic and physical files in accordance with Firm records retention policies
- Coordinate meeting logistics, including scheduling and arranging videoconferences and preparing digital and print presentation materials
- Manage client intake process, including generating client conflict inquiries, opening new matters and preparing engagement letters
Job Specifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong document proofreading skills
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize responsibilities
- Ability to handle and maintain confidential information
- Ability to learn new concepts and skills quickly

Target Hiring Range $74,000 - $92,000
Please note that quoted salary ranges are not guarantees of what final salary offers may be. Base pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. Base pay is only one part of the Total Rewards that MWE provides to compensate and recognize our staff professionals for their work. Full time positions are eligible for a discretionary bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
