Job Description
- Support attorneys and executives with estate planning, trust administration, and related legal matters
- Prepare and organize legal documents such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related filings
- Coordinate with CPAs, wealth advisors, and external legal counsel
- Maintain highly confidential records and ensure legal compliance
- Provide administrative support and manage legal communications
- Assist with corporate governance and documentation as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in wills, trusts, and estates law
- Strong background in trust and estate planning, probate, and legal document preparation
- Experience working in a law firm or private trust environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, discreet, and detail-oriented
- Familiarity with high-net-worth or international estate structures is a plus
