Duties- Serve as the Anti-Harassment Program Manager.
- Brief DISA stakeholders on the Anti-Harassment Program during New Employee Orientation, Brown Bags, Senior Forums, and SEED.
- Develop program guidance, job aids, and other material to support program delivery.
- Investigate complaints of harassment.
- Develop and maintain metrics about the Anti-Harassment program.
- Conduct training, advocacy, and outreach. Involves the initiation, development, and implementation of policies, resolving critical issues, and coordinating policies and programs within DoD, and other government agencies.
