Remote, Contract -based Miami area or South Florida High Level Commercial Litigation Attorney - 5+ Hours/Week

Due to increased demand, we are now interviewing for a qualified, experienced, and dedicated Miami Commercial Litigation Attorney<\/b>.
<\/p>

Remote work hours will vary, but are expected to be approximately 10+ hours per week<\/b>.
<\/p>Attorney Responsibilities:<\/b><\/span>
<\/h3>

• Assist with commercial litigation matters
  <\/li>
• Draft motions, pleadings, discovery, and other legal documents
  <\/li>
• Conduct legal research and assist with case strategy
  <\/li>
• Support active litigation files and help keep matters progressing efficiently
  <\/li>
• Assist with hearings, depositions, and other litigation -related tasks as needed
  <\/li><\/ul>

  Attorney Requirements:<\/b><\/span>
  <\/h3>

  • Licensed and in good standing to practice law in the State of Florida
    <\/li>
  • Located in Miami or the surrounding South Florida area
    <\/li>
  • Minimum of 5 years of commercial litigation experience
    <\/li>
  • Big law or large firm experience preferred
    <\/li>
  • Federal clerkship experience is a strong plus
    <\/li>
  • Strong drafting, research, and organizational skills
    <\/li>
  • Detail -oriented and able to meet deadlines
    <\/li>
  • Able to work independently
    <\/li><\/ul>

    Our Attorney pay rate starts at $80/hour.
