Job Description
This position is located in the DEA, Diversion Control Division, Procurement and Contracting Unit (DPAC). This position(s) primary purpose is ensuring that the Diversion Control Program (DCP) goals are supported through efficient, compliant, and effective contracting processes. The Contracting Officer's Representative ensures that contractor deliverables are met on time, that the terms of contracts are adhered to, and that any issues arising during contract execution are addressed promptly.

As a Contracting Officer's Representative (Procurement Technical Analyst) your typical work assignments may include: Reviewing deliverables and documenting performance in relation to original contract award workplan, amount, and completion time, ensuring appropriate approvals and funding availability. Applying knowledge of the scope and limitations of COR authority under the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), FAM, and other relevant rules and regulations. Developing and maintaining effective contract administration processes, such as invoice review, quality assurance/surveillance, and project file maintenance. Serving as a technical advisor to management and programs on contract terms and conditions. Performing analytical studies as directed, researching and analyzing both common and uncommon administrative and program issues. Salary- $121,785 - $158,322/year
