We champion the rights of our clients, providing them with the expert legal representation they need to navigate the workers' compensation system. We are seeking a passionate and skilled Plaintiff Attorney to join our growing team in the Midlands and help us make a real difference in the lives of our clients.


What You'll Do:

  • Independently manage a caseload of workers' compensation plaintiff cases from inception through resolution.
  • Investigate claims, gather evidence, and develop strong legal strategies.
  • Draft and file legal documents.
  • Conduct depositions, negotiate settlements, and represent clients at hearings and trials.
  • Maintain exceptional communication with clients, keeping them informed and empowered throughout the legal process.
  • Collaborate effectively with our dedicated team of case managers.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and stay abreast of changes in workers' compensation law.

Requirements

What You Bring:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the South Carolina Bar Association.
  • Proven ability to manage a significant caseload effectively and independently.
  • Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine ability to connect with and advocate for clients from diverse backgrounds.
