Immigration Associate Attorney

The Phoenix office of Lewis Brisbois, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm, is actively seeking an attorney to join its Immigration Practice.

The ideal candidate will have strong research and writing skills and at least one (1) to seven (7) years of business immigration law experience. Our desired candidate possesses experience preparing nonimmigrant visa petitions, labor certification (PERM) applications, immigrant petitions, and permanent residency (green card) applications. Admission to the Arizona Bar is required.

The attorneys in our Immigration Practice provide comprehensive business immigration services to companies and individuals around the world, involving a wide range of immigration matters and visa needs, including nonimmigrant visa petitions, permanent residency (green card) applications, counseling on I-9 compliance, and immigration related litigation. Our clients include Fortune 500 companies and major multinational corporations across a wide range of industries, universities, and cultural institutions, as well as leading healthcare providers, energy companies, and not-for-profit institutions. Our immigration attorneys also successfully represent individuals who wish to start businesses and work in the U.S., such as foreign investors and entrepreneurs. We provide guidance on complex immigration issues resulting from mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate changes.
