We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Intern to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate law, contract management and legal compliance within a dynamic business environment. If you are a current law student with a strong interest in corporate transactions and a proactive approach to problem-solving, we encourage you to apply.

Job description:

• Assist in reviewing, analyzing, and organizing contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements. 
• Participate in the identification and tracking of key contract terms, obligations, and potential risks.
• Give accurate and timely counsel to key stakeholders and executives across the business on variety of legal topics.
• Assist in drafting legal documents, including non-disclosure agreements, memoranda, and other contracts. Review and provide feedback on standard legal forms and templates.

Requirements:

• Current first or second-year law student at an accredited law school.
• Strong interest in corporate law, intellectual property, and contract management. 
• Work experience in a similar in-house position or positions in a law firm, in house or a mix of both. 
• Strong practical and demonstrable understanding of domestic and cross-border corporate transactions.
• A self-starter mentality, ability to juggle multiple different tasks and projects at once, and desire to take ownership of issues.
• Comfort exercising sound judgment and making recommendations quickly.
• High attention to detail and well-developed time management skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• No sports background needed!
