Clario is seeking an Associate Corporate Counsel, Compliance & Regulatory to lead and support enterprise-wide compliance initiatives across our global operations. This role is critical in ensuring adherence to regulatory frameworks and fostering a culture of integrity and ethical business practices. You’ll collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to proactively manage risk and drive compliance excellence.

What You’ll Be Doing
Lead cross-functional compliance initiatives across clinical technology and life sciences domains
Advise on Sunshine Act reporting obligations; anti-corruption/anti-bribery compliance (FCPA, AML, KYC); antitrust; government contracting compliance obligations; and other applicable regulatory frameworks
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
Develop and enhance internal policies and controls
Investigate potential violations of law and company policy; oversee whistleblower reporting program
Deliver compliance training and day-to-day compliance support to internal teams
Monitor regulatory developments and assess business impacts
Support reporting to the Audit & Risk Committee
Assist with M&A due diligence
Respond to regulatory inquiries and support audits as needed
Support UBO/KYC and AML diligence requests
Contribute to legal entity maintenance and governance
What We Look For
J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school; licensed in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
4+ years of legal and compliance experience in-house or at a law firm
Life sciences or clinical trials experience strongly preferred
Proven ability to assess compliance risks and provide pragmatic compliance counsel
Strategic thinker with sound judgment and business acumen
Skilled at translating legal risk into practical guidance for non-legal stakeholders
Strong organizational and communication skills
High ethical standards and discretion with sensitive information
Comfortable working independently and cross-functionally
