Key Responsibilities

• Seeking a talented lawyer with 1–4 years of experience to join our Product Liability and Consumer Disputes team.

• This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside a collaborative, market-leading group and provide strategic legal counsel to sophisticated clients across a range of industries.

Candidate Requirements

• • 1-4 years of experience as a lawyer.  

  • Ability to manage all aspects of written discovery, including drafting and responding to interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admissions.

  • Proven experience in preparing legal motions, briefs, and other pleadings in accordance with court rules and deadlines.

  • Experience in taking depositions, preparing deposition summaries, and analyzing deposition testimony for case strategy.

  • Competence in reviewing legal documents and conducting legal research to support case development and strategy.

  • Must be a member and in good standing with the Texas State Bar (U.S. JD required).
