Complex Commercial/ Energy Litigation Associate Attorney

We have an exciting opportunity for a litigation associate to join the Litigation team in our Dallas office. Our cohesive and collaborative team has a diverse and unique multidisciplinary practice that gives you the opportunity to work closely with shareholders and to participate in business development and client-facing activities. About you:

• You have 4-7 years of complex commercial litigation experience, including very strong research, writing and advocacy writing skills;
• You have case management experience, and ideally have taken the lead in oral arguments, taken/defended depositions, and have significant party and third-party discovery experience;
• You have energy litigation and/or energy regulatory experience;
• You have a J.D. degree and strong academic credentials; 
• And you are admitted (and in good standing with), or taking steps to become admitted in Texas.
