The law office coordinator is an operationally savvy team member who has fantastic interpersonal skills, extreme attention to detail, amazing organizational skills, and the desire to interact with prospective clients daily.
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for the business
- Respond to incoming phone calls and emails and make sure the right people receive all important information
- Update the Firm's databases, reports, and spreadsheets to track incoming calls and other key metrics
- Ensure prospective clients feel welcome and heard throughout the initial discovery process and provide a clear path forward
- Interact with prospective clients in an empathetic manner
- Enter information into our case management system to streamline new client onboarding and current client files
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and handle deliveries
- Greet visitors, clients, and fellow employees when they arrive at the front desk and provide them with any necessary directions or information
- Assist the team and perform general office tasks as requested
- Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and customer service skills
- Fantastic verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy of work
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience with a CRM system, particularly data tracking and reporting, is highly preferred
- Prior customer service experience preferred
- At least one year of legal experience preferred, but not required
- US work authorization
