Legal Intern

Wiland is looking for a hardworking, intelligent, kind individual interested in being a Legal Intern up to 20 hours a week. Learn more about corporate law and being part of a small in-house counsel team. This intern will help with a variety of work ranging from commercial contracts to data privacy and AI compliance.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• State data privacy law research and application
• Assist with general compliance matters
• Transactional drafting and editing of client contracts and negotiations
• Updating internal company policies
• Miscellaneous legal projects as needed.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be currently enrolled in Law School
• Professional and diplomatic demeanor
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong sense of accountability and integrity
• Ability to work with the internal and external customers and interdepartmental personnel.

• Location: Niwot CO. - Hybrid 
• Department: Finance & Administration 
• Compensation Range: $22-28 per hour. 
• Must be a US citizen or authorized to work in the United States.
