Reid & Riege Attorneys See More Job Openings by This EmployerJob description: Reid & Riege, a mid-sized Hartford Law Firm seeks candidates with 3 year plus estate planning, settlement and trust administration experience who possess exceptional skills providing comprehensive administrative support to attorneys, paralegals and clients for its New Haven office. Primary Duties: Capable of multi-tasking in an evolving environment with minimal supervision while handling confidential client information in a professional and trustworthy manner. Candidates must be able to remain flexible, manage changing priorities, possess a strong willingness to learn and the ability to interpret and follow instructions quickly and efficiently. Position requires ability to work in a team environment, possess excellent organizational skills with strong orientation toward patient and compassionate client service. Qualifications: Successful candidate will have outstanding proofreading skills, follow-up skills, be a detail-oriented self-starter with the ability to work independently within time sensitive deadlines and the ability to maintain and prioritize work. Must demonstrate proficiency in Word, Outlook, Excel, document management and time entry systems. Other duties include client billing, call screening, coordinating meetings, light reception work, and other office support responsibilities.
