Job Description

Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, a leading national law firm, seeks an associate to join the Defense Litigation practice in its Florida offices (Hybrid or Remote).

You will be entrusted with a diverse and challenging caseload, taking on significant responsibilities from the start.

Position Requirements:

  • Must be admitted to the Florida bar in good standing
  • Ideal candidates will have 4+ years of experience with commercial litigation, product liability, and/or personal injury defense.
  • Candidates should be able to draft complicated opinions, motions, legal memoranda, and strong academics.
  • Candidates interested in participating in business development efforts are required.
