Job Description
Main Tasks
- Conducting effective management strategies for IP rights, assessing potential risks thoroughly and actively mitigating such risks in collaboration with Business Stakeholders and enforcing IP rights across relevant sectors.
- Developing patent application procedures before relevant patent offices and collaborating closely with stakeholders on various industrial property protection matters
- Managing the organization’s diverse IP portfolio and developing business processes that integrate relevant IP tasks, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Creating legal advice and counsel in business-related areas of expertise, such as intellectual property, patent law and adjacent legal fields
- Advocating for the organization in litigation, arbitration, mediation, or other disputes with courts, government agencies or legal authorities
