Litigation Paralegal

Baxter Baker is seeking a skilled Litigation Paralegal to join our team. Litigation experience is essential, and experience in medical malpractice is highly preferred. In this role, you will be responsible for tasks such as preparing subpoenas and pleadings, organizing and summarizing medical records, performing legal research, liaising with expert witnesses, and managing document production.
