Personal Injury Attorney Sales & Referral Development Manager 


We're seeking a highly motivated Sales and Business Development professional to develop and manage a network of personal injury attorneys. If you have a proven ability to build relationships, drive referrals, and exceed sales goals, we encourage you to apply. 


In this impactful role, you will: 

Cultivate Meaningful Relationships: Develop and nurture strong relationships with key personal injury attorneys, case managers, and rehabilitation specialists. Become a trusted advisor and resource, connecting clients with our exceptional medical services. 

Drive Growth Through Strategic Partnerships: Contribute directly to our company's growth by expanding our attorney referral network. We're aiming for a 20% increase in patient referrals this year, and you'll play a key role in achieving this ambitious goal. 

Become a Product Expert: Gain a deep understanding of our comprehensive medical services and articulate their value proposition to attorney partners with confidence and clarity. Educate referral sources on how our services can benefit their clients and streamline the recovery process. 

Champion Client Care: Act as a liaison between our medical team and referring partners, ensuring seamless communication and a positive client experience. Address any questions or concerns promptly and professionally. 

Exceed Sales Goals: Achieve and surpass established sales quotas by consistently building strong relationships with attorneys and driving referrals. You'll have the support and resources you need to succeed, including dedicated marketing support and a collaborative team environment. 


Ideal Candidate Profile: 

Proven Relationship Builder: 5+ years of experience in outside sales or relationship management, preferably with experience working with attorneys. A demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish trust with key decision-makers. 

Exceptional Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish. Ability to deliver compelling presentations and articulate complex information clearly and concisely. 

Strategic Thinker: A proactive and results-oriented approach to problem-solving. Ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth. 

Self-motivated and Driven: A strong work ethic, a high degree of self-motivation, and the ability to work independently. 

Results-oriented: A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and a strong desire to achieve results. Experience in a quota-carrying role is highly desired. 

Knowledge of Personal Injury and Insurance: A solid understanding of personal injury care, insurance procedures, and the legal landscape is highly desired. 

Existing Network (A Plus): Established relationships within the legal, insurance, or healthcare sectors are a significant advantage. 

Bilingual Spanish and English are highly preferred
