Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Business Immigration Paralegal to join our team onsite in Hollywood, Florida. The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish), highly organized, and well-versed in employment and investment-based immigration law. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently, and a strong understanding of immigration procedures and requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate with clients in person, by phone, and via email to gather documents and provide case updates.
  • Explain timelines, manage client expectations, and ensure a seamless application process.
  • Prepare and file work visa applications, including EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, EB-5, H-1B, L-1, O-1, P, E-1, E-2, consular processing, labor certifications, I-140s, and I-485s.
  • Review and analyze client documents, employment records, and supporting materials for compliance with immigration regulations.
  • Maintain client files, track deadlines, and ensure timely submission of all required documents.
  • Liaise with USCIS, consulates, and other legal professionals to facilitate case progress.
  • Assist with translations of legal documents, ensuring accuracy in both English and Spanish.
  • Stay informed of updates in immigration law and policies, particularly those impacting business immigration.
  • Perform administrative and case management tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certification (preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in immigration law, with a strong focus on employment and investment-based visas.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. immigration laws, policies, and procedures related to work visas.
  • Experience using MyCase or similar case management software.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in case management software (MyCase or similar), Microsoft Word, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with USCIS processes and website navigation.
