Are you an organized, detail-oriented legal professional with a passion for compliance and real estate law? We’re looking for a Corporate Paralegal to join our growing Legal & Compliance team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting legal operations, corporate governance, and regulatory filings. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to support our corporate legal needs across multiple jurisdictions. What You'll Do:
- Assist with the drafting, review, and revision of legal documents, including contracts, real estate agreements, leases, NDAs, agency agreements, and internal memorandums.
- Conduct legal and compliance research on corporate law, licensing requirements, and advertising regulations across multiple states.
- Support corporate governance initiatives including maintaining entity records and assisting with corporate filings.
- Coordinate real estate transactions, manage closings, resolve deed issues, and handle recording of documents with county offices.
- Prepare FIRPTA documentation and ensure timely submission of IRS Forms 8288 and 8288-A.
- Complete and file ALTA Information Collection Forms to satisfy FinCEN GTO reporting obligations when required.
- Implement and support compliance policies and internal audit processes.
- Maintain legal databases and document management systems to ensure accurate, organized records.
- Support responses to regulatory inquiries and investigations, and assist in risk assessments.
- Collaborate with attorneys to address corporate and compliance issues as they arise.

What You Bring:
- 3+ years of experience in a paralegal or compliance role within real estate, lending, mortgage, or another regulated industry.
- Proven experience with corporate law, real estate transactions, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong knowledge of industry regulations, including TCPA, RESPA, Do Not Call, CAN-SPAM, FinCEN, AML, U.S. Patriot Act, and data privacy laws.
- Working knowledge of entity structures and governance documents.
- Experience using legal research tools, contract management software, and e-filing platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Notary Public (RON certification preferred).
