The Blue Bell (Philadelphia) office of Cipriani & Werner is currently seeking a full-time, Paralegal for our General Liability Litigation department focusing on insurance defense work. Must be able to independently subpoena, review and summarize discovery responses and medical records completely; schedule, notice, confirm, gather and produce all records related to Independent Medical Examinations, calendar relevant deadlines with strong follow up skills. Fast paced environment. Simple motion drafting including motions to compel, sanctions, for extraordinary relief and motions to enforce subpoenas. Ability to perform verdict searches, docket searches, social media and background searches.
A high school diploma or GED required. At least 5 years of Litigation experience required.
