Job Description

Carbon Law Group is looking for an Executive Assistant to support our Managing Partner across both our law firm and a growing LegalTech startup. This is a fast-paced, dynamic role where you'll handle scheduling, client intake, billing, administrative tasks, marketing, social media, and investor meetings. You should be tech-savvy and comfortable with tools like CRMs and Slack.

By Day 30, you'll manage scheduling and shadow client calls. By Day 60, you’ll handle tasks independently and help lead internal improvements. By Day 90, you’ll fully own the Managing Partner’s schedule, close client appointments, and implement efficiency improvements.

We need someone who is highly organized, adaptable, and a problem-solver. Strong communication and planning skills are essential.
