The Senior Paralegal provides experienced legal and operational support to attorneys and business partners across assigned legal matters. This role supports the effective delivery of legal services by managing processes, documentation, and coordination activities that help ensure compliance, mitigate risk, and enable business operations.Working collaboratively with attorneys and cross-functional teams, the Senior Paralegal applies sound judgment, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail while handling multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
· Provide senior-level paralegal support for assigned legal matters under attorney direction
· Assist attorneys by drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing contracts and/or other legal documents
· Manage trackers and deadlines, to support timely and accurate legal work
· Coordinate information and document collection for legal, regulatory, or business matters
· Support legal processes such as contract administration, compliance activities, investigations, claims, or regulatory responses, as applicable
· Conduct legal or regulatory research and summarize findings when requested
· Coordinate with internal teams, external counsel, and third parties as needed
· Maintain legal files and systems in accordance with company policies and record-retention requirements
· Support continuous improvement of legal processes, tools, and documentation
Perform additional duties as assigned in support of the Legal Department
What You'll Bring to Our TeamMinimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of paralegal or equivalent legal support experience
- Paralegal certificate or equivalent education or experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and professionalism
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal document or matter management tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in a corporate legal department or law firm environment
- Proactive, self-directed professional with a strong sense of accountability and ability to take initiative
- Previous experience with one or more the following: commercial contracts, privacy, and/or government affairs
