What you would do:
- Prepare nonimmigrant visa applications and supporting documents, including H-1Bs, TNs, Es, L-1s, L-1 Blankets, and O-1s.
- Conduct prevailing wage analyses, draft Labor Condition Applications, and prepare Public Access Files for H-1B cases.
- Revise and edit DS-160 applications for nonimmigrant visa interviews.
- Draft job descriptions for Prevailing Wage Requests for PERM (EB-2 and EB-3).
- Coordinate PERM recruitment activities.
- Prepare Immigrant Visa Petitions (I-140) and Adjustment of Status (I-485) applications.
- Preference of prior experience with INSZOOM immigration software. Enter relevant data (I-94 and I-797 expiration dates) in INSZOOM and calendar the same on Outlook.
What you bring:
- 3 to 5 years of paralegal experience
- Paralegal certificate or undergraduate degree
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite, including excel, word and powerpoint
- Experience capturing and recording billable time
- A high degree of detail and organization
- Client focus
- Strong Immigration focus
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
