Remote, Contract -based Business/Corporate/Transactional Attorney Opportunity - 10+ Hours per Week

Due to increased demand, we are now interviewing for a qualified, experienced and dedicated Business/Corporate/Transactional<\/span><\/span> Attorney.<\/span><\/span>

Remote work hours will vary, but are expected to range from approximately 10 -20 hours per week.<\/span><\/span>

Attorney Requirements:<\/span><\/span>
<\/div>

<\/div>

- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in relevant practice areas<\/span><\/span>
<\/div>

- High -level drafting/reviewing of contractual agreements / operating agreements<\/span><\/span>
<\/div>

- Experience with business formation, partnerships, tax optimization, trademark<\/span><\/span>
<\/div>

- Well -organized and proven ability to meet deadlines<\/span><\/span>
<\/div>

- Self -starter and able to work independently<\/span><\/span>
<\/div>

<\/div>

Our Attorney pay rate starts at $80/hour.<\/span><\/span>
<\/div>
