Job Description

Greenberg Traurig (GT), a global law firm, has an exciting full-time employment opportunity for a mid-level Patent Litigation Associate in the New York Intellectual Property and Technology group. Candidates should have 4-6 years of patent litigation experience. Specifically looking for background in electrical engineering and/or computer science.

Must have experience with all aspects of patent litigation including managing written discovery, brief writing, deposition taking and/or preparation, etc. 

This qualified individual, based in New York or San Francisco, must possess excellent academic credentials as well as strong legal research, writing and analytical skills.  Must be self-motivated and flexible.  Prior experience at a regional or national law firm is preferred. Must be admitted in New York or California.

The expected pay range for this position is:

$310,000-$390,000

Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.  Full time employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, health insurance with an optional HSA, short term disability, long term disability, dental insurance, vision care, life insurance, Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, 401K, vacation, sick time, and an employee assistance program.  Additional voluntary programs include:  voluntary accident insurance, voluntary life, voluntary disability, voluntary long term care, voluntary critical illness and cancer insurance and pet insurance.  Commuter and Transit programs may also be available in certain markets.
