Remote Contract -based Texas Estate Planning / Probate Administration Paralegal Opportunity - 5+ Hours per Week

We are a national network of experienced, high -level, freelance attorneys and paralegals who provide remote, on -demand support for both short -term and long -term legal projects for our client law firms.

Due to increased demand, we are now interviewing for a qualified, experienced, and dedicated Texas Estate Planning / Probate Administration Paralegal<\/b>.
<\/p>

Remote work hours will vary, but are expected to be approximately 5<\/b>–20+ hours per week<\/b>.
<\/p>

Paralegal Requirements:<\/b>
<\/p>

• Minimum 5 years experience as a paralegal with direct experience in Texas Estate Planning and Probate Administration
  <\/li>
• Full understanding of Texas probate procedures and estate planning processes
  <\/li>
• Experience drafting estate planning documents (wills, trusts, powers of attorney, etc.)
  <\/li>
• Experience assisting with probate filings and administration of estates
  <\/li>
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and gather necessary documentation
  <\/li>
• Experience managing probate timelines, deadlines, and court requirements
  <\/li>
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple files efficiently
  <\/li>
• Strong attention to detail
  <\/li>
• Proven ability to meet deadlines
  <\/li>
• Self -starter and able to work independently
  <\/span><\/li><\/ul>

  Our Paralegal pay rate starts at $30/hour<\/b>.
