Job Description

The essential function of the position is to cover a range of tasks across different court administration departments. This position serves as a versatile and adaptable role that provides essential administrative support and case management to ensure the efficient operation of the Fourth Judicial Circuit.

EXAMPLES OF WORK

Updating case files for various departments.

Calendaring

Case management

Covering the reception desk.

Assisting with various administrative tasks as needed.

Salary
  • $47,442.25/year
Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree and two years of professional related experience. Additional relevant experience may substitute for the recommended educational level on a year-for-year basis.

Other Information

The Florida State Courts System is a criminal justice agency. The successful applicant will be fingerprinted to conduct a criminal history record check. Employment in this position is contingent upon a satisfactory criminal background check.

According to section 110.205(2)(c), Florida Statutes, positions with the Florida State Courts System (judicial branch) are not covered under the Career Service System. All employees of the Florida State Courts System are at-will employees and serve at the pleasure of the appointing authority and do not attain tenure rights.
