Job Description
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty
satisfactorily. - Reviews contract documents to identify and analyze legal risk related to a project or company.
Reports legal risk and mitigation strategies to a corporate function leader or divisional
management. - Conducts contract reviews for pre-bid and bid phases of the divisions pursuits.
- Drafts and negotiates agreements regarding company corporate functions or divisional
business needs. - Advises relevant stakeholders of potential disputes and recommends mitigation strategies.
- Reviews and supports submission requirements for all divisional Request for Proposals (RFP).
- Works closely with functional business units including finance, tax, treasury, insurance and
other teams to provide accurate and timely legal guidance. - Maintains knowledge of Company’s values and strategic plan.
- Perform additional assignments per management’s direction.
