With a track record of investigating, litigating, and settling numerous mesothelioma and asbestos lung cancer cases, the firm is dedicated to seeking justice for those affected.
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our fast-paced growing firm! The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 2–3 years of recruiting experience and a strong understanding of law firm operations or professional services environments. This role is critical to support our Human Resources team.
Duties:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for attorney, paralegal, and administrative roles across all practice areas and departments.
- Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through internal and external recruiting sites (LinkedIn, Indeed, Paycom, etc.)
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate candidate interviews with hiring teams.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruiting reports.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 2–3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate, agency, or in-house setting.
- Prior experience working in a law firm, legal staffing agency, or professional services firm is required.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional and approachable demeanor.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously
- High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive candidate and firm information
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience specifically recruiting for law firm roles (attorneys, legal support staff, etc.) is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with legal hiring timelines, lateral attorney recruitment, and law school recruiting cycles.

Comp Package: Starting salary of $45,000 based on skills and experience, Bonus, Profit Sharing, Full Benefits, 401K
