Responsibilities involve regular interaction with our esteemed clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and fellow attorneys. Candidates should possess the expertise to draft pleadings, engage in discovery, and craft compelling demand letters. As an essential team member, be prepared to litigate cases, conduct depositions for active litigations, argue motions in court, and faithfully attend and represent at trials.
