We are seeking a skilled Foreclosure Litigation Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience handling contested mortgage foreclosure actions and a strong litigation background.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze newly contested mortgage foreclosure cases.
- Develop and implement strategic litigation plans to efficiently resolve disputes through final judgment, court action, or settlement.
- Provide clients with legal counsel on the implications of pending litigation, recommended strategies, and potential outcomes.
- Draft and file pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal briefs.
- Represent clients in hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.
- Review and approve client invoices, ensuring timely follow-ups on outstanding payments.
