Family Law Attorney

Law Firm Carolinas is seeking a motivated Family Law Attorney with at least three years of relevant experience to join their Greensboro, NC office.  This is an excellent opportunity for someone who not only wants to handle meaningful casework but also has a genuine interest in helping grow and expand a dynamic family law practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of family law matters, including divorce, custody, support, and equitable distribution
• Represent clients in court hearings, mediation, and negotiations
• Provide strategic legal advice and maintain strong client relationships
• Contribute to business development efforts and help expand the firm’s family law practice

Qualifications:

• Active license to practice law in NC
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in family law
• Strong litigation, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to manage cases independently while collaborating with a team
• Interest in practice growth, client development, and long-term career advancement
