We are seeing an experienced and motivated customer facing account manager who would own the customer relationships of complex software accounts. The Account Manager will drive retention and growth of a portfolio of accounts. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior -level stakeholders, developing deep insights into their business needs to deliver tailored solutions. This role involves crating strategic, long -term plans, managing complex business requirements, and leading cross -functional teams (including sales, marketing, and product) to maximize value and client loyalty. <\/span><\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>- Own a portfolio of existing accounts representing recurring revenue.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Develop a deep understanding of client needs, workflows, and goals.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Maintain and expand long -term relationships with the portfolio of existing customers.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Drive client satisfaction, retention, loyalty, and references.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Deliver strategic support; assisting to coordinate Software Upgrades in conjunction with the PSO team, PM and the client.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication and strategic planning; act as the Client Advocate.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) or semi -annual business reviews, roadmap discussions, and renewal strategies.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Collaborate with Customer Success and Product teams to align solutions to client objectives.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Achieve revenue retention targets.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Identify and execute upsell opportunities with the account base. Drive cross -sell opportunities.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Maintain CRM hygiene and forecast account performance accurately.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li><\/ul><\/div>
Experience and Qualifications:<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/div>- 3+ years in SaaS account management or client -facing Intellectual Property legal tech roles.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Knowledge of SalesForce a plus.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Prior experience working with IP management or docketing software (e.g., Memotech, Anaqua, IP Folio, FoundationIP or equivalent).<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Exceptional client communication, negotiation, and executive presence.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycle and legal operations.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Based in or willing to commute to the Silicon Valley area.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- 30% - 50% travel expected.<\/span><\/span>
