Responsibilities and Duties

Your key responsibilities will include:

1. Help run large-scale private M&A deals
   
2. Conducting Public and Private Equity transactions
   
3. Representing sponsors, portfolio companies and other private clients
   
4. Joint Ventures
   
5. Drafting ancillary agreements
   
6. Direct client communication
