Title: Court Reporter Coordinator

 Legal Support is seeking a Court Reporter  to establish and maintain strong relationships with court reporters and videographers while ensuring the seamless coordination of daily operations. This role requires excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Houston, TX | Naples, FL | Sarasota, FL
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Essential Job Functions:

• Establish effective and cooperative working relationships with court reporters 
• Coordinate daily communication via email, phone, and text to track the status of work products.
• Maintain U.S. Legal Support standards and promote a positive company image.
• Research and resolve general inquiries, providing timely follow-up with internal teams as needed.
• Identify and address operational challenges to enhance efficiency for court reporters and clients.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistency and integrity in daily tasks.
• Collaborate with leadership and colleagues on special projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
• Experience in customer service, coordination, or administrative roles preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
