Litigation Staff Attorney

Nelson Mullins, an Am Law 65 firm, is searching for a Litigation Staff Attorney to join its Los Angeles office. This will offer a unique opportunity to a lateral associate who wants to be part of a dynamic team in a growing office. The ideal candidate has strong litigation experience and feels confident defending product liability lawsuits.

Positioned twenty minutes from downtown Los Angeles and twenty minutes from Redondo Beach, the Nelson Mullins Los Angeles-area office serves as the center of its West Coast presence and its attorneys offer a range of transactional and litigation services to clients in a variety of industries including automotive, banking & financial services, manufacturing, telecommunications, and energy. All candidates are asked to submit a cover letter, resume, and copy of their law school transcript. 

With at least six months but no more than five years of meaningful experience within the product liability/toxic tort and/or mass tort litigation fields, you feel confident in your abilities to work well within a team structure. You are admitted to the California Bar.

• At Nelson Mullins, we are dedicated to transparent and fair compensation practices. Pay for this position is determined by factors such as experience, skills, and location. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for performance bonuses and benefits such as healthcare, retirement plans, and paid time off.
  • In Los Angeles, the salary/wage is $140,000 annually.
