Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Associate Premises Liability Attorney with at least one year of personal injury or premises liability experience to join our litigation team. This role is ideal for an attorney looking to further develop litigation skills while managing cases with guidance and support from experienced attorneys.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of premises liability matters, including slip and fall, negligent security, and related claims

  • Evaluate case merits and develop litigation strategies under supervision

  • Gather and review medical records, incident reports, and other supporting evidence

  • Communicate regularly with clients, providing guidance and updates throughout the life of the case

  • Draft demand letters, pleadings, discovery, and motions

  • Assist with discovery, depositions, mediations, and settlement negotiations

  • Open new files, create litigation plans, and ensure cases progress efficiently toward resolution

  • Work collaboratively with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to achieve favorable outcomes

Qualifications & Skills

  • 1+ year of experience handling personal injury or premises liability cases

  • Working knowledge of Florida premises liability and personal injury law

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to manage a growing caseload in a fast-paced environment

  • Client-focused mindset with professionalism and empathy

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Trial experience is a plus but not required

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
