The Opportunity
Adobe’s Ethics and Compliance department is looking for a Legal Compliance Analyst to support our worldwide anti-bribery and anti-corruption compliance programs.
Responsibilities
Support and assist in the operational and analytical processes of key Compliance programs such as Conflicts of Interest, Gifts and Hospitality, Third Party Compliance, and other compliance program administration.
Assist with the creation and maintenance of compliance program documentation such as procedures, guidelines, tutorials, risk matrixes, questionnaires and online content.
Provide support for anti-corruption and other types of ethics and compliance trainings.
What You Need to Succeed
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
Self-starter, strong sense of judgement, attention to detail, resourceful, and ability to prioritize multiple projects within a fast-paced environment that experiences changing objectives.
Strong interpersonal skills and can engage with people and teams at all levels of the organization.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent presentation skills.
Excellent analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills with a data-based decision-making approach.
Experience with Microsoft suite.
